Preexisting conditions are those illnesses or injuries that you have or are receiving treatment for before you enroll in a program featured on KGSINS.COM, they "preexist" your enrollment.
ESSSENTIAL PROGRAMS:
ChoiceCare: the routine, outpatient medical services covered there are no preexisting restrictions. HOWEVER, for catastrophic and inpatient medical services such as those covered by the Zion HealthShare upgrade there is a preexisting restriction. To get more information about how this works and might affect you, go to the HealthSite at www.kgsins.com. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE A PREEXISTING CONDITION CONTACT US BEFORE ENROLLING.
SelectCare: Covers Preexisting.
FAMILY PROGRAMS:
Both DPC and Telehealth + cover preexisting. However, AMP may have some preexisting restrictions. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE A PREEXISTING CONDITION CONTACT US BEFORE ENROLLING.
