Does Zion have any networks? What is an IUA? Is high blood pressure considered a Zion pre-existing condition? Can I check to see if my provider is in network...before I enroll? After I enroll? Can I decide to upgrade later?

Yes, you can enroll in a ChoiceCare plan without Zion and then upgrade on a later date. 

You can also enroll in the DPC or TeleHealth+ plan an upgrade it with AMP later. Contact us for more details.
