Yes, you can check for your providers, both before and after you enroll. On the HealthSite at www.kgsins.com go to ChoiceCare or SelectCare pages. In the benefit grid, the left lists the benefits one by one. On the right you will see a series of buttons, one for each benefit listed. To learn more about the benefit, including a searchable directory of participating providers, simply click. NOTE: the Zion HealthShare membership page DOES NOT have a provider network page because Zion does not have a network, you are free to choose the provider of inpatient/catastrophic provider of your choice.
