A Network is comprised of the facilities, providers and suppliers your health insurer or plan has contracted with to provide health care services.
For outpatient, routine medical services such as those performed at a doctor's office or urgent care, kgsins.com featured ChoiceCare Essential plans use the PHCS network. It is nationwide and you can check to see if your provider is in the network (or "in-network") at the HealthSite.
For outpatient and inpatient medical services, SelectCare Essential plans use the PHCS network. It is nationwide and you can check to see if your provider is in the network (or "in-network") at the HealthSite.
NOTE: For ChoiceCare upgraded and DPC and TeleHelath+ AMPed plans, hospitalization or in-patient, catastrophic care, Zion HealthShare does not have a network, so you are free to choose any provider.
